For the welcome party, it’s lakeside chic attire. For the wedding day, the dress code is black tie attire.

The Ceremony and Reception will take place outdoors on the grass. Please bring an additional layer to keep warm and choose footwear accordingly.

Expect 70s during the day. Evenings will drop to 50s. Please keep in mind that they can get quite chilly in the mountains once the sun drops, so it is very important to bring a layer to keep warm as most of the evening will take place outside.

There will be a shuttle service to and from the venue for all guests from the hotels and Schaffer’s Mill houses we have listed in the Travel & Stay section. 

There is complimentary valet parking at Martis Camp for the welcome party and the wedding day.

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation to come. If your invitation is addressed to you and your date, you are kindly welcome to bring one. Otherwise, we kindly ask you attend unaccompanied due to limited space at our venue. Thank you for understanding!

you are in the mountains at a much higher elevation. Please make sure to hydrate appropriately, especially when enjoying alcohol.

Although we love your little ones, we ask that this be an adults only reception.

While the formal wedding events are scheduled for Friday - Sunday morning, we encourage guests to come out earlier and enjoy Lake Tahoe!
